<匯港通訊>    中國資源交通(00269)宣布，公司注意到，卓亞融資有限公司(呈請人)已於2025年9月15日，向香港高等法院提交針對公司的清盤呈請，事由涉及公司未支付約60.89萬元款項。該款項與呈請人於2016至2017年間作為公司財務顧問提供特定服務有關。高等法院已定於2025年11月19日就該呈請進行首次聆訊。

公司正在徵詢法律顧問的意見，以確定後續措施及可能採取的法律行動，從而維護公司及其他相關方的權益。鑒於潛在清盤令對股份轉讓可能產生的影響，公司亦正在就向高等法院申請認可命令的可能性尋求法律意見。  (ST)
