據報Nvidia升HBM4 料明年SK海力士仍是最大供應商 X

<匯港通訊>       據 TrendForce 最新調查，因應AMD將於2026年推出 MI450 Helios平台，近期Nvidia積極要求 Vera Rubin server rack的關鍵組件供應商提高產品規格，包括HBM4的Speed per Pin須調至10Gbps。

儘管規格能否提升仍有變量，預計SK海力士在 HBM4 量產初期將維持其最大供應商的優勢。
