中原地產: 減息後元朗區速錄2宗二手買賣成交 翹翠峰兩房510萬沽 X

<匯港通訊>       中原地產元朗副區域營業經理王勤學表示，聯儲局一如預期重啟減息步伐，減息0.25厘，本港銀行亦跟隨減息，降息0.125厘，置業人士直接受惠，供樓成本下降，推動買家加快入市。減息後元朗區暫錄得2宗二手買賣成交，包括翹翠峰6座中層A室，實用而積580平方呎，兩房間隔，叫價515萬元，減價5萬元，以510萬元成交，實用呎價8793元。

王勤學表示，買家為上車客，見減息有助降低置業成本，預計樓價將會逐步回升，愈遲買愈貴，故加快入市決定。原業主於2009年8月以228.8萬元買入單位，持貨約16年，賬面獲利281.2萬元，單位升值約1.2倍。 (SY)
