<匯港通訊>   Airwallex 最新調查發現,近半數(47%)受訪香港員工每年需墊付高達5000港元工作開支,另有5%表示在獲得報銷前需墊付逾2萬港元。調查同時指出,員工在報銷過程中面臨延誤及財務壓力,同時會影響信用卡使用和工作表現。在經濟不確定及人才流失的環境下,改善開支管理流程將成為企業提升員工福祉及財務穩定的關鍵。
