「凱柏峰」系列今日再沽2伙 三房套成交呎價1.8257萬元 X

<匯港通訊>   信和置業(00083.HK)牽頭的將軍澳日出康城「凱柏峰」系列今日再錄得2宗成交,分別為1間2房(開放式廚房)及1間3房1套連儲物室,當中3房成交價1312.7港元,實用面積719平方呎,呎價1.8257萬港元。

「凱柏峰」自7月現樓重推後已迅速沽出980伙,銷售金額逾64億港元;全盤累計售出1825伙,總銷售金額逾136億港元。
