《公司盈警》衍生集團(06893.HK)料半年虧損減少 X

<匯港通訊>      衍生集團(06893.HK) 預期截至2025年9月30日止六個月綜合淨期內虧損較截至2024年9月30日止六個月之綜合虧損淨額約港幣1920萬元錄得超過47%跌幅。

預期綜合淨期內虧損減少乃主要由於(i)本期間的毛利較截至2024年9月30日止同期增加約港幣400萬元，主要由於集團於本期間實施更嚴格的成本控制措施；及(ii)行政及其他營運開支減少約港幣540萬元，主要由於員工成本及法律費用減少。
