《公司盈警》宏安地產(01243.HK)料半年錄得虧損 X

<匯港通訊>      宏安地產(01243.HK) 預期於截至二零二五年九月三十日止六個月錄得綜合虧損不多於390,000,000港元，而於截至二零二四年九月三十日止六個月則錄得溢利約96,900,000港元。
預期虧損主要由於以下因素所致：(1) 出售酒店項目的合營企業公司20%權益而產生的出售虧損約207,700,000港元。(2) 毛利由截至二零二四年九月三十日止六個月的92,700,000港元下降至本期間的毛虧損約16,600,000港元，反映物業銷售盈利水平下降。(3) 應佔合營企業之溢利由截至二零二四年九月三十日止六個月的248,800,000港元減少至本期間的約63,600,000港元，主要由於商業房地產市場持續低迷所致。
