<匯港通訊>      新世界發展(00017)夥拍遠東發展(00035)啟德跑道住宅區豪宅「柏蔚森」系列銷情持續，今獲大手買家連購3伙「一客三食」，套現3961.1萬。

其中「柏蔚森III」Azure Forest 第1座22樓C單位，實用面積579平方呎，屬三房一套設計，享前席遊艇海景，售價1514.3萬，呎價26154元,創項目新高。而另一單位為「柏蔚森II」Harbour Forest 第2座20樓Q單位，實用面積437平方呎，享郵輪碼頭及開揚維港海景，售價1019.4萬，呎價23327元，成交價創項目兩房標準戶新高。

「柏蔚森」系列銷情持續，自現樓以來已火速售出167伙，套現逾13億元。自開售以來累售824伙，套現近59億元。 (JJ)
