惠譽下調萬達商管和萬達香港長期外幣發行人主體評級至「限制性違約」 X

<匯港通訊>   評級機構惠譽表示，已將中資企業大連萬達商業管理集團股份有限公司(萬達商管)、和萬達商業地產(香港)有限公司(萬達香港)的長期外幣發行人主體評級，由「C」下調至「RD」（限制性違約），原因是由萬達商管的子公司發行的4億美元債券的條款已經完成修訂，這符合惠譽《企業評級標準》列載的不良債務交換(DDE)定義。

惠譽同時已將前述發行人主體評級自「RD」上調至「CC」，反映萬達商管重組後的狀況。此外，惠譽還確認由萬達香港擔保、Wanda Properties Global Co. Limited（Wanda Properties Global）發行的美元票據的評級為「C」，回收率評級為'RR5'。

惠譽認為，萬達商管的流動性安全邊際仍處於低位，因為其仍面臨顯著的短期財務義務。 (SY)
