利嘉閣: 50指標屋苑周末預約睇樓量按周增加2.8% X

<匯港通訊>    利嘉閣地產研究部主管陳海潮表示，上周末新界東大型新盤銷情熾熱，為2026年樓市打響頭炮，更乘勝追擊於本周末作次輪推售，而二手市場亦受到利好帶動，市場購買力陸續釋放，本周末指標屋苑預約睇樓量向升。根據利嘉閣地產研究部數據估算，全港50個指標屋苑共錄1295組客戶於周末預約睇樓，較上周末的1260組再升2.8%，連升三周。

按地區劃分，港島、九龍及新界三區指標屋苑的周末預約睇樓量全線向好，其中港島區8個指標屋苑本周末暫錄240組客戶預約睇樓，按周增加4.3%。九龍區方面，21個指標屋苑於周末暫錄485組客戶預約睇樓，按周增加3.2%。新界區21個指標屋苑於本周末暫錄570組客戶預約睇樓，按周增加1.8%。
