<匯港通訊>  由TKS Limited 規劃，位於紅磡高山道26號的全新精品住宅項目，「悅麓」今日公布首張價單推出共30個單位，涵蓋5伙開放式及25伙一房單位，實用面積由189平方呎至304平方呎，價單第1 號單位折實售價由324.55-614.43萬港元，折實呎價由1.5988-2.2104萬港元。

入場單位為6樓 A 開放式單位，實用面積203平方呎，扣除最高10%折扣優惠(假設選用90天現金付款計劃)後計算，折實售價為324.55萬港元，折實呎價為1.5988萬港元，一房折實售價最低10的單位為6樓 D 單位，實用面積267平方呎，扣除最高10%折扣優惠(假設選用90天現金付款計劃)後計算，折實售價為481.34萬港元，折實呎價為1.8028萬港元。

項目付款方法共設2種，包括「90天現金付款計劃」及，「150天現金付款計劃」。此外，發展商提供額外「學生宿舍租金回贈」，提升投資吸引力，以及為大手買家提供「全層西餅客優惠」。
