<匯港通訊>    鼎立資本(00356)公佈，有社交媒體平台指稱，公司據稱已與一間名為亞洲星鏈資本集團的公司訂立合作協議以推動品牌證券化，而亞洲星鏈資本集團的身份至今未明。

因此，公司謹此澄清：(i)公司與任何名為「亞洲星鏈資本集團(Asia Starlink Capital Group)」的組織均無任何關係、關連或隸屬關係；及(ii)公司從未與任何名為「亞洲星鏈資本集團(Asia Starlink Capital Group)」的組織有過任何業務往來或合作關係。

公司保留對發佈或傳播不實信息的相關人士採取法律行動的權利，並尋求其他可行的法律救濟（包括在其認為合適的情況下，針對假冒行為提起訴訟），以維護公司及其股東的利益。 (WL)
