<匯港通訊>     國家聯合資源(00254)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止6個月確認按公平值計入損益之金融負債之公平值虧損約934.8萬元。由於期內並無該公平值虧損，加上管理費用減少，故期間淨虧損所受影響得以減輕。預計期間該公司擁有人應佔虧損約為2200萬元至2500萬元，較相應期間之虧損約1923.8萬元增加約300萬元至600萬元。 (WH)
