新世界發展(00017)上半年三盤齊發涉約660伙 X

<匯港通訊> 新世界發展(00017.HK)營業及市務部總監何家欣表示，集團去年售樓成績理想，累售逾2200伙，連車位吸金逾348億港元，創五年新高記錄。

今年上半年將三盤齊發，包括九龍核心傳統低密度地段的超級豪宅「PAVILIA ROSA 滶蘊」，提供約100伙，主打三、四房及特色豪宅。另外尖沙咀全新型格地標項目，提供約60伙，由項目步行僅需約四分鐘即達高鐵香港西九龍站。

至於大圍站上蓋臨河的大型住宅地標「柏傲莊III」，將以現樓形式發售，壓軸一期面向城門河景單位比例更多，屬整個項目最前端及最優越期數，提供約500伙。三盤共涉及約660伙。(BC)
