<匯港通訊>   太古地產(01972.HK)旗下港島東臨海尊貴住宅項目「海德園」於歲晚再錄3宗成交。是次成交涵蓋兩房梗廚單位，開則實用，切合家庭需要。

截至目前，「海德園」累計成交達128宗，總銷售金額突破11億港元。

「海德園」將於農曆新年期間(年廿九至初三）如常開放設於太古坊康橋大廈8樓及9樓糖廠舍的示範單位，開放時間為每日中午12時至晚上7時。 （BC)
