陸控(06623)委任吉翔4月起接替趙容奭為執董及首席執行官 X

<匯港通訊>    陸控(06623)宣布，趙容奭無意在僱傭合約於2026年3月31日屆滿後續約，約滿後不再擔任公司執行董事及首席執行官。謝永林辭任非執行董事，付欣辭任非執行董事，均自2026年2月17日起生效。

另外，蔡方方及李佩鋒已獲委任為非執行董事，均自2026年2月18日起生效；吉翔已獲委任為公司執行董事兼首席執行官，自2026年4月1日起生效。 (ST)
