偉能集團(01608)境外債務重組主協議失效 與貸款人商延長截止日期 X

<匯港通訊>      偉能集團(01608)就擬進行境外債務重組更新，截至公告日期，由於重組尚未生效，且最後截止日期未獲達成協議延長，重組主協議已根據其條款失效。公司與貸款人已就最後截止日期屆滿進行磋商，尋求適當延長，以落實重組主協議項下商定的安排。有關工作目前仍在進行中。公司一直積極與貸款人就解決有關落實重組主協議項下的安排的剩餘事項進行商討，並致力於為境外債務落實整體重組方案。

於2026年2月11日，公司接獲通知，法院已就針對公司的呈請授出認可令；據此，儘管針對公司的呈請已被提出，倘公司最終被頒令清盤，則自2025年11月28日起公司已發行及繳足股份的所有轉讓均不會根據《公司(清盤及雜項條文)條例》第182條被視為無效。 (ST)
