港置周末10大樓苑錄得約8宗成交按周再跌約50% X

<匯港通訊>  根據香港置業旗下分行統計，本周末(2月14-15日)10大指標二手屋苑共錄得約4宗買賣成交，較上周末約8宗再跌約50%。
 
香港置業研究部董事王品弟表示，西沙大型新盤項目「SIERRA SEA」2B期個別單位重售，現場吸引眾多買家搶購，足見市場剛性需求依然熾熱。不過，隨著農曆新年在即，不少業主及準買家忙於籌備過節，睇樓活動受阻，令二手交投步伐同步放緩。（BC)
