(Infocast News)    EUROEYES (01846) has agreed to purchase the entire issued share capital of FYEO Europe B.V.for the Equity Consideration of EUR131,766,173 plus the Locked Box Compensation less the Leakage Amount.

FYEO Europe B.V. is principally engaged in refractive surgery, through laser treatments or lens implant.

An application has been made to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 27 February 2026. (WL)
