<匯港通訊>    亞證地產(00271)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度錄得淨虧損介乎約2.1億至2.2億元，相比2024年度淨虧損約7500萬元。

集團財務業績下降之主要原因為於2025年度，集團之投資物業公允價值減少相比2024年度之金額較高。集團之投資物業公允價值減少屬於非現金項目，並預期該減少不會對集團之經營產生重大不利影響。 (ST)
