<匯港通訊>    遠洋集團(03377)宣布，集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司就2月的協議銷售額約為4.7億元人民幣(下同)，按年跌52.5%；協議銷售樓面面積約為3.98萬平方米；協議銷售均價為每平方米約1.18萬元。

首兩個月，集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司的累計協議銷售額約為16.2億元，按年跌43.75%；累計協議銷售樓面面積約為11.84萬平方米；累計協議銷售均價為每平方米約1.37萬元。

集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司之代建項目就2月的協議銷售額約為1.1億元；協議銷售樓面面積約為1.16萬平方米；協議銷售均價為每平方米約9500元。

首兩個月，集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司之代建項目的累計協議銷售額約為2.8億元；累計協議銷售樓面面積約為2.79萬平方米；累計協議銷售均價為每平方米約1萬元。
