(Infocast News)      Results of Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited (01083) for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025:

Net profit: HK$1.5854B, down 1.29% YoY (HK$1.6061B net profit for the same period last year) 
Basic EPS: HK$0.445
Dividend per share proposed: The Board recommends a final dividend of HK14 cents per share. Including the interim dividend of HK5 cents per share already paid, the total dividends for the full year will be HK19 cents per share.
