<匯港通訊>    百奧家庭互動(02100)執行董事及董事會主席戴堅透過Stmoritz以平均每股股份0.520港元從市場購入合計68,000股每股公司普通股。

緊隨購買股份後，Stmoritz直接持有合計690,708,180股股份（佔公司已發行股本約24.1%）。
