<匯港通訊>     東瀛遊(06882)宣布，於2026年4月20日，全資附屬東瀛遊旅行社(作為借款人)接受銀行關於融資之進一步經重續及經修訂要約，據此，總金額為4650萬元之一般銀行融資已經重續。2026年融資函件由公司(作為擔保人或擔保提供者)加簽。

根據2026年融資函件，2026年融資須於2026年12月31日前接受銀行審查。 (ST)
