默茨稱可透過銜接策略推進烏克蘭加入歐盟進程 X

<匯港通訊>  德國總理默茨表示，烏克蘭目前加入歐盟並不可行，但可以透過一項銜接策略為最終入盟搭建橋樑。

默茨在塞浦路斯出席歐盟領導人非正式會議期間向記者表示，他建議在烏克蘭正式加入歐盟前，容許烏方參與歐盟一些機構的相關會議，但不享有投票權，又建議根據烏克蘭國內改革進展，把烏克蘭逐步納入歐盟的具體政策領域。

默茨說，他已經就這些步驟與烏克蘭總統澤連斯基多次溝通，上述建議亦得到歐洲理事會成員的廣泛支持。 （BC)
