美聯周末10大屋苑錄13宗買賣按周續升約30%創4個周末高 X

<匯港通訊> 據美聯物業分行統計,剛週去周末4月25-26日,10大二手指標屋苑錄得約13宗買賣成交,較上周末約10宗續升約30%,並創出4個周末高。若按15大屋苑計算,周六日則錄得約15宗買賣成交,按周升約7.1%。

美聯物業高級董事布少明表示,發展商積極推盤,而剛過去週末繼續有新盤錄得「即日沽清」成績,一手氣氛保持熱鬧,反映買家入市意欲仍然高漲,不少發展商亦加快部署推盤。受惠新盤熱賣,市場購買力進一步釋放,二手屋苑仍然保持動力,而且在筍盤買少見少下,不少買家亦加快入市,故周末二手交投上升,預期二手樓價在交投支持下將保持升勢。 (BC)
