利嘉閣周末10大屋苑錄得9宗買賣按周增1宗 維持高個位數 X

<匯港通訊>  綜合利嘉閣地產分行網絡數據,在過去的周末(4月25-26日)10大指標屋苑錄得9宗二手成交,較上一個周末(4月18-19日)的8宗,按周輕微增加1宗或11%。

利嘉閣地產總裁廖偉強表示,周六日一手新盤市場氣氛持續熱鬧,吸引市場大批購買力,加上二手業主心態較為惜售,買家未能適應價格轉變,令拉鋸時間較長,影響成交進度。剛過去的周六日,10大屋苑的二手交投仍處個位數水平。 (BC)
