《新股情報》濱化集團來港上市獲中證監備案 X

<匯港通訊> A 股上市的化工集團濱化集團(601678.SH)公布,近日收到中國證監會出具的境外發行上市備案通知書,公司擬發行不超過4.05億股境外上市普通股並在香港上市。

濱化集團上周五(24日)提交申請來港上市,華泰國際及建銀國際為聯席保薦人。據初步招股資料,濱化集團主要業務領域包括氯鹼化學品、碳三碳四化學品及濕電子化學品三大核心板塊,並擁有全面的產品組合。核心產品包括燒鹼、環氧丙烷、MTBE、電子級氫氟酸等。

濱化集團去年收入148.36億元人民幣,按年升45.1%;利潤2.35億元人民幣,按年升8.4%。 (BC)
