<匯港通訊>         嬴集團(00397)宣布，建議2供1，發行最多11.409億股供股股份，佔擴大後股本約33.3%，供股價每股0.038元，較4月29日收市價0.047元折讓約17.4%，集資不超過4330萬元，淨額約4330萬元，其中約60%用於擴充本集團的金融服務業務，包括向客戶提供孖展融資；約10%用於升級及加強集團的金融交易系統及基建，約20%用作為集團的借貸及資產投資分類提供額外資本，約10%用作撥付集團辦公室及行政管理等。
