<匯港通訊>        協鑫科技(03800)宣布，發行本金額1.48億美元可換股債券。

假設可換股債券按初步轉換價每股轉換股份1.21元並基於固定匯率悉數轉換，則可換股債券將可轉換為9.59億股新股份，佔擴大後股本約2.8%。所得款項淨額約1.45億美元，擬用於一般企業用途以及償還債務。 (WH)
