<匯港通訊>  由恒地(00012.HK)、希慎(00014.HK)及帝國集團合作發展紅磡新核心大型海濱住宅項目「One Victoria Cove 首岸」第3期,上載首輪銷售安排,將於周日(10日)起發售130伙。

恒基物業代理董事及營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示,周日發售的130伙,包括101伙2房和29伙3房,實用面積338-708方呎,折實售價698.51-1585.94萬港元,折實呎價2.0383-2.3087萬港元。

「首岸」首輪銷售將於本周四(5月7日)下午6時截止登記。 (BC)
