<匯港通訊>        佐力小貸(06866)宣布，控股股東普華能源於5月6日與金匯小額貸款之少數股東沈偉文訂立股權轉讓協議。

普華能源向沈偉文收購金匯小額貸款的300萬股股權，佔金匯小額貸款股權的0.2443%，代價為255萬元人民幣。

截至5月6日，該公司持有持有金匯小額貸款的99.7557%股權。金匯小額貸款主要從事小額貸款業務，集團之主要市場份額來自其於湖州之小額貸款業務。 (WH)
