東方證券(03958)收購上海證券100%股權 X

<匯港通訊>        東方證券(03958)宣布，向賣方收購上海證券合計100%股權。

代價為每股 A 股10.49元人民幣向其中4位賣方配售代價A股股份，及按相同發行價，向1位賣方配售 A 股股份及支付現金代價。賣方包括百聯集團、國泰海通、上海國際集團投資、上海國際集團及上海城投集團。

潛在交易完成後，上海證券將成為該公司的全資附屬公司。該公司已向上海證交所申請 A 股5月7日復牌。

上海證券主要於中國從事經紀業務、證券自營業務、期貨業務、信用業務，投資銀行、資產管理、基金評價研究等業務。
