<匯港通訊>      金力集團(03919)宣布，認購人高健行認購合共648萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.7%，認購價每股1.2元，較5月6日收市價每股1.4元折讓約14.29%，所得款項總額約778萬元，淨額約770萬元，其中約312萬元用作開發及擴展新開發技術及專利在醫療保健及醫療器材所用特種電池的應用，並開發及提升特種電池的人工智能生產設施和設備；約312萬元用作償還集團將於未來六個月到期的銀行融資；及約156萬元用作一般營運資金。
