美聯：山頂南區租務4月共錄約57宗 按月升約6% X

<匯港通訊>        美聯物業山頂南區豪宅首席區域營業董事方富義表示，根據該行統計，4月份山頂南區共錄得約57宗租務成交，按月上升約6%，而涉及月租金額則錄約695.4萬元，按月更大升近3成，主要是大額租務交投帶動，當中涉及逾10萬元月租的大額租務個案錄得約28宗，按月上升約40%。
