<匯港通訊> 美國富商馬斯克旗下的 SpaceX 據報最快6月12日上市(IPO)。

《彭博》報道,SpaceX 會於下周三公布招股書,並於6月4日展開路演,同月11日進行招股定價,12日掛牌。但招股細節,包括集資規模及時間仍可能改變。

《彭博》曾報道,SpaceX 計劃以估值逾2萬億美元,上市集資750億美元,將成為史上規模最大的新股。《路透》日前報道,SpaceX 最快下周公布招股書。 (BC)
