<匯港通訊> 中國證監會召開資本市場支持現代服務業和新型消費企業發展座談會。

中證監會主席吳清周四在北京,與智能消費、現代物流、IP 文創等現代服務業和新型消費領域的境內外上市公司和企業代表深入交流。與會代表圍繞持續深化資本市場,投融資綜合改革,增強制度包容性適應性提出具體建議,包括改革完善發行上市制度規則,持續優化再融資、並購重組,股權激勵等制度,助力優質企業快速發展和提高國際競爭力等。

吳清指出,會研究推出更多深化包容性改革,推動資本市場高質量發展的具體舉措,更好支持包括服務和消費領域在內的,各類實體經濟企業發展壯大。 (BC)
