<匯港通訊>  黑石(BX.US)及 CD&R 等私募基金正研究向雪糕公司 Magnum(MICC.US)提出收購建議。
 
《路透》報道,有關收購研究仍處於早期階段,潛在買家正觀察 Magnum 的股價走勢,再決定是否出價。部分潛在競標者,則等待 Magnum 公布夏季銷售數據,才作出決定。

該公司發言人則回應,不評論傳聞或揣測。黑石及 CD&R 亦拒絕置評。 (BC)
