<匯港通訊>  由新地(00016.HK)發展的荃灣型格府邸「形瑨Lime Spark」今日進行次輪發售，直至下午4時30分，121伙單位已被揀選及完成合約簽署。新地代理特別發展部助理總經理(銷售及市務)譚錫湛感謝買家對項目的支持及追捧，由於向隅客眾多，將會盡快加推新一批單位以應市場需求。 (BC)
