(Infocast News)    GT GOLD (08299) has agreed to issue 398,016,000 Placing Shares in aggregate at the Placing Price of HK$0.4275 per Placing Share.

The Placing Shares represent approximately 4.49% of the total issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the Placing Shares to be issued pursuant to the Placing.

The net proceeds from the Placing are expected to be approximately HK$165.3 million.  (WL)
