(Infocast News)    HUANXI MEDIA (01003) has agreed to allot and issue 731,294,472 Subscription Shares at the Subscription Price of HK$0.275 per Subscription Share.

The 731,294,472 Subscription Shares represent approximately 14.30% of the total issued Shares as enlarged by the Subscription.

The Subscription Price of HK$0.275 per Subscription Share represents the same as the closing price of HK$0.275 per Share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on the date of entering into the Subscription Agreement.

The gross proceeds and net proceeds to be raised from the Subscription will be HK$201,160,000 and approximately HK$200,300,000, respectively.  (WL)
