<匯港通訊>          勝獅貨櫃(00716)公布，注意到美國司法部公開宣佈對若干集裝箱製造公司及個別人士提出反壟斷刑事指控，其中包括該公司、主席張松聲及集團一名員工。截至5月20日該公司及張松聲均未獲美國司法部就該事件提呈任何法律程序或送達其他法律文件。

該公司已就該事件及其帶來之潛在影響委任外部法律顧問。同時，董事會認為集團的業務運作及日常活動於所有重大方面繼續維持正常。

股份將於5月21日復牌。 (WH)
