<匯港通訊>        HASHKEY HLDGS (03887)宣布，集團旗下的資產管理機構 HashKey Capital Investment 管理的 HashKey Fintech Multi-Strategy Fund IV LP (非集團的成員公司）已與SignalPlus 簽訂投資協議。

根據該協議，該基金以現金4000萬美元領投 SignalPlus 的B+輪投資，其中集團出資現金2000萬美元。
