<匯港通訊>         泛海集團(00129)與匯漢控股(00214)宣布，有關泛海國際貸款融資到期後再融資本金額為7.6億元。

泛海國際集團已就擬議再融資獲得六家銀行中的五家銀行的正式批准，目前正與剩餘一家銀行(約佔擬再融資本金的14%)進行討論，以取得其批准。 (WH)
