《公司盈警》亞博科技控股(08279)料全年度虧損收窄 X

<匯港通訊>       亞博科技控股(08279)發盈警，預期截至2026年3月31日止年度公司擁有人應佔虧損將不超過4500萬元，而去年度則錄得虧損約9000萬元。

虧損減少主要由於集團於2025/26財政年度的總收入較2024/25財政年度增長不少於22%；集團先前向First Games Technology Private Limited（為一家擁有45%權益的印度合資公司）提供並已被悉數動用的最高金額為13.19億印度盧比（約1.37億港元）的可轉換定期融資貸款額度，於2025/26財政年度並無確認公平值變動，而於2024/25財政年度則就有關融資額度確認公平值虧損約7100萬港元等。
