<匯港通訊>          粵運交通(03399)宣布，出售佛山粵運51%股權，代價5824.45萬元人民幣(下同)。

佛山粵運主要從事城市公共交通、非居住房地產租賃、廣告相關業務、汽車零配件批發及零售、機動車充電銷售、電動汽車充電基礎設施運營及機動車修理和維護等業務。

集團預期將會就出售事項錄得虧損約573.9萬元。 (WH)
