中集集團(02039)未接獲控方送達法律文件 X

<匯港通訊>          中集集團(02039)公布，獲悉美國司法部已於5月19日(美國時間)公開宣布指控(其中包括)該公司、董事長麥伯良、副總裁黃田化及僱員黃永波謀劃限制特定非冷藏運輸集裝箱的產量並操縱價格。

該公司、麥伯良、黃田化及萬永波均未獲接美國司法部就該事項送達的任何法律程序文件或其他法律文件。

該公司確認，集團日常業務在所有重大方面均維持正常運營，該公司將持續評估該事項的後續影響。
