<匯港通訊>    中天宏信(00994)宣布，認購人裕承資產管理，認購3000萬股，佔擴大後股本約2.63%，認購價每股0.36元，所得款項總額1080萬元，淨額約1060萬元，擬用於發展可再生能源業務。此外，該公司按盡力基準，配售最多1.5億股股份，佔擴大後股本約11.9%，配售價每股0.36元，所得款項總額5400萬元，淨額約5300萬元，擬將3300萬元用於發展可再生能源業務，及約2000萬元用於發展航空航天業務。

認購價及配售價均為每股0.36元，較5月27日收市價0.345元溢價約4.35%。

裕承資產管理為裕承科金(00279)全資附屬公司。
