(Infocast News)   Offshore wind power core equipment supplier Dajin Heavy Industry (01081) starts its initial public offering (IPO) today. The IPO details are as follows:

Shares Offered: 86.9658 million H-shares, including 78.2692 million shares (90%) for international placing and 8.6966 million shares (10%) for the Hong Kong public offer. There is also a 15% over-allotment option.

Maximum Offer Price: HK$66.40

Total Funds Raised: HK$5.7745 billion

Net Proceeds: HKD 5.6167 billion

Use of Proceeds:~55% (HK$ 3.0892 billion):

Upgrading deep-sea integrated solutions.~20% (HKD 1.1233 billion):
(i) approximately 55.0% or HK$3,089.2 million for enhancement of our integrated
deep-sea solutions;
(ii) approximately 20.0% or HK$1,123.3 million for investment and
construction of our assembly base in Europe;
(iii) approximately 10.0% or HK$561.7 million
for our global center for R&D;
(iv) approximately 5.0% or HK$280.8 million for expansion
into new overseas markets; and
(v) approximately 10.0% or HK$561.7 million for general working capital and corporate purposes.
