閱文集團(00772)附屬需補繳3億人民幣稅款 X

<匯港通訊>      閱文集團(00772)宣布，一家附屬公司根據稅務局的通知就其與新疆霍爾果斯附屬公司相關的涉稅風險開展了自查。經自查並與主管稅務機關溝通確認，該附屬公司需補繳2020年至2022年企業所得稅稅款及滯納金合計約3億元人民幣，該事項不涉及行政處罰。

該公司對上述事項高度重視，截至6月3日，該附屬公司已完成該等稅款繳納。該等稅款將計入該公司2026年當期損益，預計將減少該公司權益持有人應佔盈利約3億元人民幣。 (WH)
